So you have decided it’s time to lose weight, and just like everything else in life, you want it to happen right NOW. We live in a society that thrives on immediate gratification – fast food, fast cars, fast service, and now we even make purchases on the Internet so we don’t have to stand in a line. And in keeping with the usual pace of our lives, most of us even want to lose weight fast!
But there are some basic tenets of weight loss that must be observed, even when you want to lose weight fast. You have to forget about dieting and learn to concentrate instead on healthy eating habits. Cutting back on calories alone doesn’t give your body the nutrition it needs to maintain a fast metabolism and keep your energy high.
On the other hand, by eating food dense in nutrition and low in calories, you won’t be as hungry, you give your body the vitamins and minerals it needs and you have the energy to walk past the donut table in the middle of the afternoon. And finding these foods isn’t as difficult as you might believe. Did you know you can eat as much raw fruits and vegetables as you want without fear of gaining weight?
Exercise is another important factor in losing weight, getting healthy, and having more energy. As much as you may think you hate exercise, just keep in mind that you aren’t training to compete in the Olympics. Instead you are just trying to increase your metabolism and burn a few extra calories. Try using the stairs instead of the elevator, parking further away so that you have to take a few extra steps, or fit a 30 minute walk or other exercise programs into your schedule each day.
Remember to rest too! Many of us are busy from the time we get up until the moment we go to bed. Sometimes finding the time to eat or exercise can be a challenge. But cutting back on sleep will only sabotage your efforts to lose weight.
Shoot for 7-8 hours a night. Some people believe they can make do on less, and although you’ll be awake studies have shown that you’ll grab more snacks in an effort to jump start your brain and keep yourself awake. Lack of sleep also adds to your stress level which releases hormones known to pack on the pounds. It is nature’s way of protecting the body.
And for an added boost to your weight loss efforts, try incorporating these natural weight loss drinks into your diet every day.
Apple Cider Vinegar And Weight Loss
Apple Cider Vinegar is a very powerful natural appetite suppressant if you can get past the taste, which is pretty bad. But, because hunger tends to be the biggest road block in your efforts toward effective weight loss, you may need the aid of appetite suppressants such as apple cider vinegar, at least until you get into the habit of eating less.
You can rely on prescription weight loss pills, but Apple Cider vinegar is 100% natural so it is a much safer alternative to the drugs. Three tablespoons of the vinegar mixed with eight ounces of water and drunk just before your meals will give your metabolic rate a boost and you should feel more energetic throughout the day.
Green Tea Weight Loss Tea
I think most everybody must have heard about the great health benefits of green tea by now, especially in regards to weight loss. Most weight loss supplements these days contain green tea, and for good reason. Not only is it loaded with antioxidants, but the active ingredient in Green Tea, Epigallocatechin (EGCG), is very valuable in boosting fat burning processes such as thermogenesis and fat oxidation in humans.
Green tea weight loss drinks can be purchased most anywhere that other bottled drinks are sold, but you can also brew your own fresh. If the taste of green tea is not to your liking, try it with lemon juice and honey.

In the latest pharmaceutical news, an experimental obesity pill (Empatic) by Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. has accounted for a 7.5% weight loss in test subjects, in phase II trials after 24 weeks, as compared to a 1.4% weight loss in those taking a placebo. By FDA guidelines, there must beat least a 5 percentage point difference between patients taking a weight loss drug and those in a control group to receive U.S. approval. While the 6.1% difference does meet the federal guidelines, it must be pointed out that like the over the counter weight loss pill Alli (GlaxoSmithKline), Empatic is also combined with a diet and exercise program to achieve those results. If you are not familiar with Alli, it is a half strength, over the counter, version of Xenecal, a prescription only weight loss drug with current FDA approval.
With the possibility of raking in billions of dollars for an FDA approved drug to fight obesity and perhaps childhood obesity down the road, Orexigen and at least two other bio-tech companies are getting close and stock values are rising.
Now, while 6% is 6%, I don’t know if I would be wringing my hands in delightful anticipation that this is the “silver bullet” we’ve all been waiting for. It just seems that a 5% difference is a pretty low standard for declaring a prescription drug, with all the possible side effects and costs involved, the next big thing. In addition, 30+% of the subjects taking Empatic didn’t lose the required 5 percentage points difference and 50+% of another test group taking a lower dosage failed to hit the 5% mark. While warnings and side effects will be hashed out between the drug maker and the FDA at a later date, a look at Alli’s side effects might be enlightening: Gas with an oily anal discharge, Loose stools or diarrhea, More frequent bowel movements and Hard-to-control bowel movements to mention a few.
Maybe just a few more minutes on the treadmill or a few less calories a day might be a better approach. Just saying… Use the free BMI calculator to see where you stand.

The constantly rising graph of obesity in the United States has triggered the demand for weight loss programs. These programs are not always advised by healthcare centers. Nowadays, there is a growing awareness about the hazards of obesity, thus inspiring more and more people to take some novel steps towards losing weight.
Classification of Weight Loss Programs :
I. Do-It-Yourself Program: This program can be initiated with the support of like-minded people, groups, or communities. Those vying for a Do-It-Yourself program rely on their own judgment, group support, diet books or charts available in stores. However, one must be careful since all diet books do not offer genuine information on weight loss.
II. Non-clinical Program: This program may or may not be commercial-oriented. A number of these programs are circulated through privately-owned weight-loss chains, which use books and pamphlets prepared by healthcare providers. Non-clinical programs offer counselors (who may or may not be professional trainers) for advice.
III. Clinical Programs: These are generally commercial-oriented and licensed by health professionals like physicians, nutritionists, psychologists. Clinical programs are provided in health-care settings as hospitals. The program allows patients complete services on nutrition education, medical care, physical activity, and behavior change therapy.
Clinical programs also include other weight-loss methods:
i. Very low calorie diets
ii. Prescription drugs
iii. Bariatric Surgery
The selection of weight loss programs depends on individual choice. However, one must remember that mental preparation is highly essential prior to indulging in any sort of weight-reduction program. If an individual is not emotionally prepared to undergo a weight loss session, then things won’t work out well. In fact, lack of mental preparation or emotional stress often leads the patient to acquire more weight. That is why quality weight loss programs include psychological counseling to overcome emotional stress and enable the patient cope with his changed lifestyle.

Scores of Americans are trying to lose weight, spending roughly $50 billion a year on diet programs and products like Curvelle, some of them do lose some weight. however, if you poll the same group few years later, you will find that all but a few all have regained whatever weight they lost.
Many people have no clue how much water they should be consuming daily and most of us survive from day to day on sodas and artificial flavored drinks and don’t drink enough water. In the absence of water, we would be diseased to death by our own waste products and toxins resulting from metabolism.
Water is crucial to digestion and metabolism and acts as a medium for various enzymatic and chemical reactions in the body. It routes nutrients and oxygen to the cells through the blood, controls body temperature and lubricates our joints. Dietary Pills and weight-loss pills like Curvelle aren’t subject to the same rigorous standards as are prescription drugs or over-the-counter medications. Thus, they can be sold with little proof of effectiveness or safety. Suppliers can make health claims about products based on their own biased review and classification of studies without the authorization of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). However, the FDA can pull a product off the shelves if it’s considered unsafe.
The consumer is in a very unsafe situation as they have no clue as to what they are getting or if the listing of ingredients matches what’s in the bottle. Many weight-loss pills such as Curvelle contain a intermix of ingredients like herbs, botanicals, vitamins, minerals or other add-ons. It is unclear and untested how these ingredients interact individually and in total with your body. Please follow advice from your doctor before starting these supplements particularly if you are currently on other medications.
Persons who go on a diet without exercising frequently get heavier with time. Though your weight may drop in the inception when on a diet, this weight loss consists of water for the most part. When the weight comes back, it is preserved as fat. To prevent getting heavier over time, metabolism must be increased by exercising regularly.
If you are interested in decreasing your body fat, you must focus on increased duration of exercise rather than limiting your food. The leading nutrition doctors now suggest that folks interested in losing weight must augment their physical activity.

Many of the most popular modern weight loss pills and supplements contain ingredients that can actually be harmful to your body. What good is losing weight if you remain unhealthy? Many people that have sought healthy alternatives to these artificial supplements are having excellent results with herbal weight loss.
While some people have had limited success with other weight loss plans (like fitness programs, diets, and even the aforementioned pills), none of these offer the all-natural benefits of herbal weight loss.
Because natural supplements work via a cumulative process, it may take longer for you to see results from these products, but the clear advantage is that herbal supplements are safer and healthier for your body and can be used indefinitely as part of your regular diet.
Here are just a few natural supplements that have proven to be effective for herbal weight loss:
• Citrus. Whether ingested in the fruit, juice, or vitamin form, citrus can greatly encourage weight loss by improving digestion and reducing cholesterol. Fruit juices are an excellent low-calorie alternative to artificial beverages, and the natural sugars in citrus increase your energy level and boost your metabolism.
• Chitosan. Chitosan is derived from the chitin in shellfish. It is usually taken in a pill or powder form and works as a fat inhibitor by soaking up fats and oils and flushing them out of the body before they are absorbed.
• Ephedrine. Ephedrine is frequently used in conjunction with artificial ingredients but can be attained in its natural form. This herb is extracted from various plants and is most commonly offered in the pill form. It works chemically to suppress your appetite while boosting your metabolism. When taken in excess, ephedrine may cause serious side effects.
• Green Tea. Green tea may be served as a beverage, leaf, or extract. It contains substances known as catechins which stimulate the metabolism and decrease body fat.
• Spirulina. This supplement is extracted from algae and offered in vitamin form. Spirulina is believed to suppress your appetite while maintaining your energy level.
• St. John’s Wort. This popular natural supplement contains hyperforin which among other things is believed to increase production of hormones that suppress appetite. It is offered in powder, vitamin, and tea form.
All of the supplements listed above offer additional health benefits when taken regularly and in moderation. Many other herbal weight loss supplements are out there, but the true effectiveness of most is unproven.
Another way to pursue herbal weight loss is with an organic or all-natural diet. By cutting refined sugars and complex carbohydrates out of your diet and focusing on natural sugars and simple carbohydrates instead, you can cut calories safely and encourage your body to burn fat instead of lean muscle.
While the largest selection of these supplements and foods are still found at special health food stores, many grocery franchises now offer them as well. Herbal weight loss is an excellent alternative for people already on prescription drugs that might otherwise interfere with the effects of artificial weight loss products.

Here are probably more myths and misconceptions about weight loss than there are solid facts. Let’s take a look at some of the questionable claims about weight loss made in other diet books and on weight-loss products, and try to separate fact from fiction.
Can you boost metabolism?
You learned about metabolism and the role it plays in eating and weight loss. You know that the thyroid gland is your body’s metabolism meter. Although there are metabolism boosters on the market, the only safe way to speed up your metabolism is through exercise.
Unsafe metabolism boosters
There are several diet supplements sold in health food and vitamin stores, through the mail, and on the Internet that claim to speed up metabolism. Some of these are just plain useless, others are downright dangerous.
The trouble with these preparations is that they are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the federal agency that verifies the safety and effectiveness of prescription drugs. As long as they do not make claims to cure a disease, the manufacturers of these products can advertise and sell them to gullible consumers. From time to time, enough cases of harm come to the attention of authorities that a product is taken off the market – but others soon take its place.
Some over-the-counter weight-loss supplements contain thyroid extract from animals or other substances that act like the thyroid hormone. These speed metabolism by artificially, producing hyperthyroidism. People who take these preparations do lose weight, but they also develop other symptoms of an overactive thyroid, including nervousness and tremor, diarrhea, bulging eyes, racing heartbeat, excessive sweating, and heat intolerance. The FDA is trying to get at least one these products off the market, warning that it can cause heart attack, stroke, and other serious medical problems.
Do not swallow anything – not the claim, not the product that says it will speed your metabolism. You are wasting your money or jeopardizing your health or both!
A safe alternative
The only way to safely and effectively increase your metabolic rate is with exercise. The harder you work, the faster your metabolic rate. This is nature’s, way of responding to increased energy demand. A vigorous exercise session will raise your BMR for many hours. There are so many health and weight-loss benefits to this approach that it’s hard to understand why anyone would try anything else.
Am i Losing weight or water?
You are losing both. When stored glycogen is converted to glucose for energy, it releases three parts water for every one part glucose. The glucose is used for energy and the water is excreted in urine.
Water is pretty heavy stuff. Every fluid ounce weighs about an ounce, so a cup weighs about half a pound. (That makes it simple to remember!)
But if you are losing a lot of water weight, you have to be sure to replace it. Drinking more water won’t make you fat, but it will replace the water lost during the “breakdown” phase of metabolism. And it will help carry away the waste products. Drinking lots of water is especially important when weight loss is rapid, or when you are increasing activity and losing additional water through sweat. But it is a good idea for everyone.
What about genetics?
“Fat just seems to run in my family”, “Everyone on my mother side is thin, but my father side of the family is overweight.” “I can’t do their anything about my weight. It’s genetic!” You’ve undoubtedly heard people blame their overweight on genetics, and maybe you’ve done this yourself.
Although it is true that genes contribute to BMR, body type, and other factors that influence weight, no one is doomed to obesity by genetics.
Diet, exercise, and other lifestyle habits also “run in families,” but they have nothing to do with genes. These are behaviors children pick up and carry into adulthood, and then pass along to their children. If your family has a history of sitting around and eating junk food, that probably explains the “family fat.” If, on the other hand, your family history includes sports and other outdoor activities, you and your relatives may all be slim and trim.
You cannot change your genes, but you can change your eating and exercise habits.
Especially if there is a tendency to overweight or weight related health problems in your family, you should cut down on fats, eat a balanced diet with plenty of complex carbohydrates, and incorporate a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate exercise into every day.
If you are overweight, you should begin a program to lose weight and maintain that loss. And if you have children you should set a good example. Simply put: Healthy living, including eating wisely and being active, can run in families too.

Natural Alternatives: A growing phenomenon across this world which is a very diverse concept yet very divine and instrumental in healing health diseases. It might be thought as any health care which is not a part of the mainstream medical establishment. Despite the tremendous disparity in philosophy, organization, practice, and origins of the myriad types of alternative medicine, the growing acceptance and use of these therapies is part of a single cultural phenomenon. It is also an extremely dangerous and pretty costly too.
Firstly let me deal with the critical differences between mainstream medicine and alternative medicine. And why the latter is cause for concern. In short, prescription drugs are a scientific endeavor, and alternative medicine is not.
We know that alternative medicine (Natural Alternative) was being used in ancient times long before conventional medicine came into the scene. Mainstream medicine is finally taking note of the herbal industry.
More and more people are taking note of herbal therapies to treat various kinds of ailments in place of mainstream medicine. Herbal supplements are a type of dietary supplement that contain herbs, either singly or in mixtures. An herb (also called a botanical) is a plant or plant part used for its scent, flavor, and/or therapeutic properties. It is interesting to note that there were not so many mortal pestilence diseases in those days. What has caused this never-ending increase of deadly diseases that is inflicting such havoc on the body today?
If conventional medicine was the answer to these diseases, why have they increased, and why are so many people dying from these devastating illnesses? And why do so many people seem to be convinced that alternative medicine made by God do not have healing virtues as the conventional medicine made by man?
Why is information about cures by alternative medicine often suppressed even though conventional medicine very often interferes with the natural process of healing?
People are so coerced to use conventional medicine that they refuse to even give alternative medicine a chance because advertisements have such great influence when heard often enough, that the public is convinced. Have you ever noticed the way conventional medicines are advertised? It seems apparent that every effort is made to highlight the possible negative effects.
Next what comes into the scene is complementary medicine, another treatment which is used along with conventional medicine to affect a cure. However, not all complementary medicine must be used with conventional medicine to be effective.
For example: When the word “cholesterol” comes to mind some of us may think of it as deadly. The truth about cholesterol is that it isn’t deadly at all, it’s a vital substance. Cholesterol is actually a very important part of our bodies because it’s used to form cell membranes and is needed for other functions in our bodies.
However, it’s when there are excessive levels of cholesterol in the blood that cholesterol can become dangerous.
There are different ways one can develop high cholesterol. Your body, mainly the liver, can produce too much cholesterol and a poor diet will almost always do it. You MUST follow a strict, permanent, and healthy lifestyle to take control of your cholesterol.
This includes:
1) Getting more active.
2) Eating foods that are low in cholesterol.
3) Maintaining a diet rich in soluble fiber.
There are also many natural alternatives that can be used to compliment a healthy lifestyle. Lecithin, which is a natural substance derived from the soybean, is one of the most effective supplements available to lower cholesterol.
What just hovers onto my mind is why most people don’t try natural remedies. Very often a simple massage is the answer to a problem. I personally have not had a headache for many years. There was a time when I was headache-prone, and got into the habit of using synthetic medicines to ease the pain, but after I decided to try natural treatments and medicines, I changed my diet from eating ‘junk’ foods and tried to stop using those synthetic headache remedies. Now they are virtually no more a part of my life.
I have helped many, many persons to be rid of a headache by just simply giving them a massage as mentioned above. Many had headaches lingering for days, and after about 20 minutes of massage, they miraculously stopped.
Think of the thousands of persons who might have been alive today if only they had known, and had been encouraged, to use certain natural remedies to be healed. It is not the intention of this article to condemn the use of conventional medicine, like prescription drugs. There have been countless such cases where, without the administration of conventional medicine, many persons would not have survived.
However, it is my hope that conventional medicine in the field of drugs will one day give way to alternative medicine, and conventional medicine will retain its place in the field of surgery and other traumatic conditions where it cannot be replaced. Natural alternatives are not only much safer than using prescription drugs but also a lot cheaper.

There are literally hundreds of diet tablets and capsules on the market today and they all claim to be able to help you lose weight, but the biggest concern most consumers have is over the safety of these diet pills.
Weight loss pills fall into two main categories; prescription medications available from your health care professional and ‘natural’ over-the-counter preparations available from health food stores and other retailers. Many diet pills do actually work and are perfectly safe for most people to take but you should be cautious when considering either option.
Many people choose to take ‘natural’ diet pills, based on the fact that a naturally occurring plant or mineral supplement will not harm them, but unfortunately they could be sadly and dangerously mistaken. Just because something is ‘natural’ does not necessarily mean that it’s safe; lead and arsenic are both natural compounds but are extremely harmful if consumed.
It’s useful to bear in mind that natural dietary supplements are still drugs, and their use should be carefully monitored and as rigidly observed as prescription meds. Recently, a natural supplement called Ephedra was banned from sale in the US – it was an effective weight loss supplement but was proven to have detrimental effects on both the heart and nervous system and several deaths were linked to its use.
Another problem with natural supplements is in ensuring that you know what the capsule or tablet actually contains. There have been several instances of potentially harmful counterfeit supplements being sold, especially on the internet.
This is not to say that natural dietary supplements don’t work; many people have successfully lost weight with the assistance of herbal supplements and have experienced absolutely no ill effects. As previously mentioned, approach these products with caution and research both the product and the supplier to make sure that it’s the right product for you. You should also talk to your doctor before taking any supplements.
Prescription diet pills are also readily available but just like natural supplements, even though they may be perfectly safe and effective for most people, they can induce unwanted side effects in some. The benefit of prescription medications is that you know that any claims made by the manufacturers are accurate, so if they say that their product will block a certain percentage of fat from being absorbed by the body, you can safely assume that it’s been scientifically tested and proven to do so. If your doctor recommends a certain diet drug, you should always ask about the possible side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation.
We can conclude then that diet pills, whether they are over-the-counter or prescription medications, are generally safe and effective in assisting you to lose weight. However, you should always thoroughly research any medication before taking it and find out what possible side effects there may be and if it really is the best solution for you.

18′th February 2008 – The obesity problem is on a rise and more and more people are using medication to aid in weight loss. Nevertheless, obesity figures are expected to rise. These results in the introduction of many new weight loss drugs including combination drugs.
According to estimates of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about 72 million people in the US are obese and the number of overweight people is also staggeringly high. At the global level, about 400 million adults are obese and 1.6 billion are overweight according to projections of the World Health Organization. The WHO also predicts that these figures will increase by 2015 to up to 700 million and 2.3 billion.
Demand for anti-obesity drugs
These figures indicate that there is a huge demand for anti-obesity drugs. JPMorgan Securities Inc. and reported recently that overall the US market for weight-loss drugs and diet products was more than $50 billion in 2006. Despite rising obesity, prescription drugs accounted for less than one percent of the total drug market that equals mere $200 million in 2007.
Xenical orlistat is among the few prescription drugs for obesity treatment that is available in the US. The others include the generic drug phentermine, and branded Meridia.
Xenical works in the digestive system by inhibiting gastric and pancreatic lipases to reduce the absorption of fats. In its clinical trial, Xenical showed that its average placebo-adjusted weight loss was 2.9 percent and the dropout rate was 30 percent.
Another drug, Acomplia rimonabant that is manufactured by a major pharmaceutical company, Sanofi-Aventis is quite popular in European markets. However, it has not yet been approved for use in the United States.
Acomplia helps in weight loss by blocking cannabinoid-1 (CB1) receptors in the brain, liver and gastrointestinal tract. This action regulates glucose and fat absorption and suppresses appetite. Its trials showed a placebo-adjusted weight loss of 4.7 percent with 40 percent dropout rate.
Drugs in the offing
There are many weight loss drugs in the pipeline seeking approval or in their last development stages. Many drugs have same mechanism like that of already approved drugs, which is now used by people. Some have combination approach while some have single agents.
According to Cory Kasimov at JPMorgan “physical consultants believe single agents will have limited benefit because they can only target one pathway effectively, which is likely insufficient to produce long-term, sustained weight loss.” The doctors also think that the combination approach will become standard of care.
According to Kasimov, JPMorgan analyst, the only drug that produced significant results of weight loss, Fen-Phen, was a combination drug and it demonstrated 15 percent weight loss and generated 20 million prescriptions annually before it was recalled for safety concerns.
Merck and Pfizer, two major pharmaceutical companies are conducting Phase III trials with CB1 blockers MK-0364 that is named taranabant and CP-945598, respectively. Another drug maker, Arena Pharmaceuticals is in Phase III with lorcaserin that agonizes the 5-HT2c serotonin receptor.
Alizyme Therapeutics Ltd. is also in the process of seeking approval and finding a partner for Phase III trials of Cetilistat that is a gastrointestinal lipase inhibitor. Other combination drugs for obesity treatment are in their last development stages and they are Contrave and Qnexa.
According to Kasimov’s projections, the market for prescription obesity drugs will grow from $200 million in 2007 to $1.5 billion in 2012 and more than $4.6 billion in 2017.

New combo drugs in the pipeline for the ever-growing drug market in the US.

The world of medicine has seen some dramatic breakthroughs in the fight for weight loss in recent years, but what about the world of natural weight loss? Are there proven natural weight loss pills, tablets and programs out there that match or even beat the new medicinal forms of weight loss?
So how far has the world of medicine come in the weight loss fight? Drugs such as Xenical have traditionally been a prescription only capsule prescribed to obese patients, and recently, the FDA gave the thumbs up to an over the counter version – Alli. These medicines rely on Orlistat, a lipase inhibitor, that stops fat being absorbed into the body.
When taken at after eating, Orlistat reduces the amount of fat that is broken down in the stomach and absorbed into the body by about 30%. These fats are expelled naturally and so, with less fat being absorbed, weight loss is achieved.
However, if you are not dangerously overweight, Xenical or Alli may not be the right option for you and you should always consult your doctor should you want to use either of these alternatives. Indeed, there are also some worrying side effects from these less than natural weight loss medicines. Users have reported uncontrollable anal discharges, so taking these Orlistat based drugs could well result in an extremely embarrassing situation. Other possible side effects are oily stools, loss of bowel control, diarrhea, rectal pain, liver inflammation and fatigue. So whilst they undoubtedly aid weight loss Orlistat based products may not be the shining ray of light overweight people have been hoping for.
There are literally hundreds of natural weight loss products on the market, but few of them have been clinically proven to be effective. There are products on the market that are proven to have very similar benefits to Orlistat in reducing fat in take, but with out the nasty side effects. Proactol is a relatively new natural weight loss product that also reduces fat from the food we eat by just under 30%, but in a different way.
Proactol is based on a patented fiber complex. Rather than just preventing fat from being broken down Proactol pulls in fat molecules and binds them into a viscous solution in the stomach. So fat is prevented from entering the body without the embarrassing side effects of Xenical and Alli. Substantial user feedback of Proactol is extremely positive, and as well as reducing fat intake.
Proactol has a number of associated benefits. It helps to suppress appetite, helps to reduce cholesterol levels and decreases food cravings.
With hundreds of “miracle pills” on the market, Proactol is one of the few that lives up to its claims of effectiveness. In a number of pre-clinical trials it has proven to be a highly effective alternative to Orlistat based products but with far few, if any side-effects.
As with all weight loss supplements, Proactol’s best results come when used in combination with a healthy diet and active lifestyle. All in all Proactol offers all the benefits that the breakthroughs in have given but minus the bad points. Proactol seems to be a highly efficient natural weight loss alternative.
